Been traveling for work a lot and not able to post but I have been listening and reading about OTR...I just finished this great read call "Listening In- Radio and the American Imagination" by Susan J Douglas. I recommend it highly, it does a great job telling the history yet analyzing the American Psyche during the golden years!
